KICKBOXING INSTRUCTOR COURSE

OUR COURSES

The first kickboxing as a group lesson was in the United States in Portland, Maine in 1992.

The initial concept was a cyclic training session designed to encourage the professional sport of kickboxing by developing amateur training for fitness purposes. An hour-long workout that included heavy authentic boxing bags, gloves, karate technique and of course kickboxing. The method was developed by Frank Thibette, an American Cartist.

The training was more successful than expected, and Frank patented it under the name "Cardio Kickboxing" and began training instructors. He continued in the professional direction and had a successor named Marcos DeHolentino, who continues his path to this day.

This type of workout has become a global hit due to its high intensity, which combines strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility and toning. This is the ultimate system-wide rate that also contributes to increased heart rate and weight loss. The lesson also offers the added value: determination, self-confidence, self-defense, taking out aggression and inner calm.

Since then, we can confidently say that kickboxing is a leading lesson in fitness clubs and is a field that is developing.
